Turkey seems to be the place to visit according to the travel sections of some of the top Sunday newspapers. I found this wonderfull villa (just click on the highlighted text!) in our Turkish selection of villas. It looks quite luxurious.
At the moment I have noticed that all the travel advertising is on cruises! Forget villas! My friend has just come back from an Xmas cruise in the Med. She had been so excited that she was not prepared for what was to come. Everyone seemed so old! All there was to do was eat! The whole ship load of passengers got dysentry and with gale force 9s most of the way half of the passengers disembarked at Lisbon and flew home! Cruises seem so glamorous but once onboard there is little to do but eat, sleep and laze around. OK for a few days but after that I think I would go mad!
Hence back to villas! I think I will maybe see if this turkish villa is free sometime this summer......
